Offered in two (2) sizes, the single-speed 200 model weighs only 4 kg (8 lb) and has a maximum rated load of 1.96 kN. The 2-speed 500 model weighs just 7 kg (15.4 lb). Its maximum rated load of 4.90 kN maximizes operator pulling power by up to 40 times. Multiple mounting options provide versatility when working in challenging or remote environments and cleaning instructions.

Design
Sculpted to remove excess weight and provide multiple attachment points, whilst maintaining strength. The rope guide ensures correct alignment and loading of the winch for maximum efficiency.
Winch
Aluminum 40.2 winch with 17- 4PH stainless steel load-carrying gears and pins for strength and durability. Unique drum design for maximum grip on the rope.
Fiber Rope 
The winch is designed for use with fiber rope up to 12 mm (1/2″) in diameter, reducing weight and allowing alignment to the load. Smooth surfaces and chafe-free design are sympathetic to fiber rope.

For use with multiple attachments depending on the environment and industry—from ratchet straps, M10 bolts, karabiners, to scaffold clamps.

Q: What is the maximum line operating length?
A: There is no maximum line length for use with the Riggers Winch. The length of rope you use is your only limitation. 
Q: Can the winch be fitted mid rope? 
A: Yes, the pigtail allows the line to be installed without feeding the end of the line through.
Q: What is the maximum diameter rope that can be used with the Riggers 500?
A: The winch can be used 8-12mm kernmantle semi-static rope (EN1891).
Q: Is the Riggers Winch suitable for human suspension?
A: Yes, but a back up device such as a Petzl ASAP needs to used to protect the person/s being lifted in the event of the failure of the winch. Or in technical speak:

A: No. Attachments and fittings are dependent on operational use. 
Q: Can I service my own Riggers Winch?
A: Yes. However, service and winch maintenance must be in accordance with the Harken service instructions and using Harken-approved replacement parts and consumables.
Q: Which drill is recommended for use with the winch when purchased with the drill adapter?
A: The Milwaukee M18FRAD-0 M18 FUEL Super Hawg Right Angle Drill Driver. It is normally supplied with an 18V 5Ahr battery offering great battery life. Better still, Milkwaukee will be introducing a 9Ahr battery (18V) around September, which will offer even better power and life.
